I am currently in Austin, TX but am planning to relocate back to Cambodia, where I had an account prior ... but got suspended due to a content policy violation (stupid mistake).
My guess is that a VPS is going to be my best solution to not getting linked.
1) Obviously, I am using all new information for the new account: EIN, address, phone, etc, as per the Ghost Manual.
2) Any special suggestions on selecting a VPS service or even a specific company recommendation?
3) Logging into the VPS:
A. Can I log into the VPS from any desktop/laptop, including one that has been used prior for a suspended account. (I assuming Amazon is seeing the VPS OS, carrier IP, etc.)
B. Or do I need to clean a current computer or buy a new one?
4) I will be using the Firefox browser, with the Ghostery, NoScript, and AdBlock extensions for privacy, as recommended here:

Any other browser finger printing issues I should be aware of or be cautious with?
Any other suggestions on increasing browser fingerprinting uniqueness?

5) Are there any additional concerns or issues that I am not addressing/asking about regarding VPS?
6) Lastly, is a VPS my best option? I do not want to use USA IPs at first and then switch again to Cambodian IPs. While that was not a problem the first time, with this new account, since I am a KDP seller targeting ebooks in the same fiction niche ... and my business address is again "Austin, TX" ... I am concerned I would get linked, as other sellers have reported, who sell "physical inventory" sometimes they got linked for re-listing the same inventory.
Any thoughts or input on this issue are greatly appreciated.
