That is also a reason to move money shortly after it is disbursed. It should be withdrawn or moved into an account that ill not be debited by anyone. If you have a bank account that was burned awhile ago, you might be able to use it for this. It would be safer to use a "virgin" account that has never been shared with eBay/PayPal/Amazon, but that might be overkill.
Also, you want to make sure that you OPT OUT of any automatic overdraft protection and make sure the bank will reject any charges if there is not enough money in the account. Otherwise, your bank will pay the request and come after YOU for the money. At many banks, you are automatically OPTED-IN for overdraft protection since it generates a lot of fees for the bank. So you need to check and most likely you will have to specifically opt-out.
