If one does not provide tax info, its 50 transactions and then you must provide tax info right?

You must provide it right after AZ asks for it, if you delay the account will be canned.

you can not exactly gauge 'the while' though.

Once the request is generated, action is needed.

However if you only want to sell 50 items why bother opening an account at all.

To give tax info, meaning you will give them SSN right? (if you don't have company) Will they link that to your previous account?

Greenbean, depends on your sale volume I suppose, but if low, you have several months (I went for almost half year before providing LLC info). Not saying it should be ignored but it's also not a reason to panic. Should have tax info ready though since some states take a few weeks to set up a LLC and get a active EIN.

Do NOT sell more than 49 items. At the 50th your account will be come immediately suspended (once you mark the 50th shipped) until you provide tax info.
