amazon closed accounts

Not sure if i have forgotten anything but all accounts before even getting opened are being suspended.

using a dif user on pc, dif ip, dif cc, dif name address and phone number. Have i fogotten something ?

Before they ask me to verify the account ie bank account and individual person i have 2 notifications (1 to verify info and second to say account suspended) but no reason why

dont want to burn a bank account if it wont work
