Question about listing a legal item?
 

Hello, I have questions I hope to get some help here, thank you.
I recently just got back to amazon and I passed all the strict rules and now I can start selling under automative category.

I have some items I bought from the US supplier and those items are legal and authentic sport license plates. I use these authentic license plates to custom design adding accessories on the plates. I am wondering if I am selling these license plates will get me trouble? I have receipts from the US auto supplier and remember these are real brand license plates.

Also, because I use the authentic plate to create my own design look, what UPC code I need to use to creat a amazon listing? My own? Or the UPC on the license plates?

I have checked all the license plates in automotive category, I don't find anyone sells this specific style I want to sell. No one sells this type, so I think two possibilities, one is nobody thoughts about that, another maybe it risky to sell on the amazon, what do you think? Thank you :)

Is it a license plate or license plate frame ? If these items are license plate frame then you can sale them even if they are name brand and you have invoices from US auto dealer. Not sure about license place. As far as I know License plates are only issued by DMV ( Dep. of Motor Vehicle) We , general people cant design them
