Lower selling price alert

Hi there I'm searching the forums to see if there's any way of being alerted when someone has dropped the price to beat you . Or is it a case if having to constantly check and alter

Heard of either an app, or a company, that monitors and alerts pricing.
Just can't remember the names.

Try google "amazon price monitor" or something similar.

I wish I knew programming...because I would code one myself. I would take some classes but I dont even know where to start :/ Whats hot in terms of code now?
