Questions about creating a new Acc
 

Hey guys another seller banned here just because Amazon love to ban sellers

ok, here are a few question about a new acc.
I now that a need new name/phone/e-mail/address/IP/bank account. to not be caught but...
1) My suspended acc. was professional acc. I reported to amazon as personal seller and not as corporation when they were asking me for taxes so I gave my EIN and they gave me green light after reviewing the information but... Is it better to open this new acc as corporation and then go to IRS and apply for a new EIN? IRS can give all the EIN you want if you register as corporation but I don't have any local business!!:violin: any help??

2) Doesn't It matter if I register my new bank acc to amazon but with the same banned Card Hold Name? It is new acc. from new bank but under my name

1. Need new EIN.
2. New bank account is fine (make sure it accepts deposits in stealth name) - amazon cant see the cardholder name by default

Yes I need new EIN so the best way is getting a family or parent EIN?
About the new bank account someone recommend me BofA, Chase, Citi, PNC so you say no problem is I add one of these new acc under my name right?

You add the account number in Seller Central in a stealth name, NOT your name. Yes BOA works fine.

Oh I already added my new real B A name in charge method option but nothing in Deposti Method yet. I have read that they don't know the account name when they transfer the money to the bank, they may only know if the account number has been used before. So Should I use the stealth name in Deposit Method Option??

If you use any details similar to your old account you have a chance of being linked. Yes use your stealth name for the deposit method.

Yes I understand that part My question is...
If my bank acc or card holder name is John Smith as example
can I put John Robert in amazon Deposit Method Being John Smith the original name??

You can put anything you want apart from a name that has been used before. Any similarity you have a chance of being linked. If your account seller name is TingTangTong use this as the account name for your bank account.
