New account under review

Hello,

My new Amz account just got a review - it is 2 days old, has only 1 item for sale and 0 sales.

My question is : should i click the Appeal button and give them some info? Or should i just let them do their thing?

Not yet if it is under review, it happens to all of us.
You should appeal if they decide to ban your account for something they found wrong in your acc. but appellation doesn't work most time.
You just wait until Amazon stop the review.
My account has been under review 3 times one of those review was for 15 days!! So just wait
