This one is virtually impossible to appeal. I had this with some DVD's, sent suppliers invoice (large US distributor) and still no joy.

impossible if rights owner complains otherwise u do have a chance but that is slim.

I never go my old account back. I did create 3 new ones after I got banned. Now I feel happier but still worried sometimes.

i have an account suspended in similar condition. then pass through the appeal process. after while get reinstatement then suspended again within one day. there is also appeal option to go with but seems hard to keep the account last long because of the pass record and you will never know when amazon suspended you.
