Do I need to clear cookies on Amazon stealth acct?

I understand that it is not necessary for ebay stealth but should I clear the cookies in addition to creating a new user account for Amazon Stealth? I read somewhere that Amazon was harder to get by.

Many other steps for Ghost stealth but user accounts is fine - don't need to clear out the cookies
