Amazon UK verification documents time limit?
 

About 8 weeks ago I ticked the box(s) showing that I could supply a d/license and utility bill to verify a 2 year old (UK) stealth account. The account 'seemed' verified even though the documents were never shown/asked for.

Anyway, 8 weeks later, now they're asking.

Does anyone know how long I have to get this sorted (before the account is closed)?

Can the account still operate as normal, with regards to disbursements, etc...?

IIRC you have 60 days to submit from when they ask but I'm not 100% on this.

its may vary,nearly 3 weeks for 1 of my acc, still pending :(

UK amazon are varying the time of response after docuuments are submitted.

Yes. Got email from seller performance that they still reviewing the info I have provided .

Yes, the account is still operating as normal. Disbursements are coming through.

After submitting them I've read it can take a while to verify them, but I'm on about the time limit before submitting them. How long will they wait.

Need to know how quickly I need to try and sort this out (though i'm already working on it).

That was Brand New acc and they have asked for doc almost immidiatly .

3 weeks to me seems long but GB indicated that UK is varying in their times...your account is still good so could be a good thing that the account is still secure.

They have been doing that with new(er) accounts.

At the same time, slowly going back thro' older accounts & seeking ID.

After submit your doc your acc will be inactive until fully verified.

You have 60 days to submit the documents. After this time your account will be suspended. Just a word of caution, submit the info after your last disbursement is received as once amazon receive the documents they will put your account on a rolling reserve. Send me a PM if your are struggling with verification docs.

on a new account that is set as an individual, is there a selling limit ? month or annual amount of sales ?

You have 60 days to let them know what you are going to submit, PP DL etc, after that time it varies but they will ask you to send the docs in eventually, once they ask you to send them in immediately you will get a few more weeks and will receive a few email reminders with a set date...during this time the account will run as normal.

Do you know exactly how long you've got to provide the documents? I received no email, but it's showing up in my Seller Central.

It's around a month but don't worry you'll receive an email soon with the exact date you need to provide the docs by. They send you a few email reminders as well.
