yes, provide the supplier invoice that you should have for selling new items. If you had any other issues with your account with canceled orders or late shipment. They will still keep your account closed.

Some have...some have not. Really depends on what operations you are doing. GB has asked you pertinent questions to answer

UK Acc..
No issues selling at all. No late or cancelled.
They just ask for invoice once 4-5 sales are made.
Selling in Any sections there asking.
