what will cause a account deleted rather than suspended.

it happeneded 3 times, I think they delete account based on the IP address,

it's not regarding the credit card , phone number, or any other information, they delete seller account for ralated another account with blacklisted ips I think .

any idea why we got deleted.

List the steps of account creation and - read the stealth guide. Can't expect anyone to guess what you are doing...

Based on what I read on here, accounts are usually deleted when they suspect counterfeit goods are being sold.

Usually counterfeit goods and linked accounts. Amazon will not tolerate either.

If they link acc they delete. If u sell counterfeit u will get suspended.
