dba for exisiting banned LLC
 

Hey guys,

My LLC registered with my banned amz account is banned. If i get a DBA for that same LLC is there anyway amz can link it? I only ask because a LLC in CA is like $700 after all the fee's

To be save, I formed a brand new LLC. You can do it very cheap online.

How are you going to change the tax ID associated with that LLC? There is only one type of LLC/EIN combination you will be able to use with Amazon to get a IRS match, and I am not sure what you are attempting would work, if even possible.

Look into Nevada or Wyoming LLC/Corp

I didn't realize it cost that much!

How much is it in Nevada or Wyoming as was suggested

As each user has different business ideas etc, we would not quote costs.

Use Google as the info is there.

Also make a point of using

Internal Revenue Service

To start again on amazon, you can not afford to link yourself. EVERYTHING must be new.

Of course he needs to consider that.

He needs to start from scratch again IF the info is all banned, doesn't he.

DBA won't work as it has the same tax ID as the LLC to my knowledge. New LLC is the way to go.

Where I am to setup the LLC is like $200 if done yourself, $450 to have somebody do it with all the bells and whistles. Takes just a few days.

Whole new LLC is the only way to go in my eyes.

Look into incorporating in other states if CA is really that expensive as other suggest, there's info and services for doing this ALL over "the" Google. Delaware (or is it Maryland?) is popular for these shell companies too. It's perfectly legit, huge corporations do this all the time too.

There are filing fees for a forgein corporation too. Hawaii is $50
Which is better for corporate veil? And also how many corps can you really have or use in a year and report on taxes

Llc filing fees by state. Several states $70 and Hawaii $50 but watch the annual filing report fees and forgein corporate fees.
