Ship Confirm Question
 

I have noticed that my Standard shipment delivery rate is now down to 94.12% (Amazon wants it at least 96%)

I would like to send some of these packages via Priority instead of standard USPS First class to help boost the on time delivery.

When I ship confirm on Amazon, do I want to enter the service as First Class (what the customer selected and amazon expects) or enter the service as Priority.

I want to ensure I can properly boost my percentage on these standard shipments

You enter the shipping method you used to ship the parcel.

its going to be a b!tch now that amazon is dishing out a new shipping system this week i believe it is. they want u to ship same day if customer purchases before 11am and a lot of other stuff happening.

the post office is a little too unreliable for this kind of system really.

So if a customer selects Standard and I want to ship it Priority to help my metrics, I would still enter Priority as the ship type (even though it was really standard)

In reality you can put anything you want. AZ doesn't really care about that part but what they care about is the first scan time and the delivery time. And they do check those.
