Prepaid account?

Did some digging but haven't found anything definite yet for Amazon accounts - Is Account Now a good idea to use with a stealth account? Are there any other prepaid services that successfully work with Amazon, aside from Bluebird?

Payoneer has worked - Account Now still works - random people have reported issues with mismatched names however.

And for Payoneer over $500, there have been some issues reported by users here.
