How did they add color to description?

I cant figure this out, how did this seller add color to his headings (in product description) ? I am trying regular <font? tag butits not working...any one have any suggestion? experience? thanks

yaa thats what I thought too, but this doesn't work ...this is how it shows up on the site... ( as it amazon cannot read font tag)
