Newly register account orders all pending
 

After sold and shipped 4 orders on newly register account the orders all pending (8 orders) since Oct 23. Is the account getting in risk of suspension? The amount in each order average US$ 60.00. Thanks for the help.

What site are you on, and have you checked AZ emails and notifications?

AND are the orders for sales of risky items? Potentially problematic items? Makes a big difference

It is amazon US. No AZ cliam.

Finally Amazon CS replied today that have exceeded velocity limit. Just don't understand why we sold 3 items then exceed velocity limit? And today they release the 16 orders and the other 2 still pending. I have closed all listings just afraid they would not release the payment on Nov 2.

Could be that you are in the orient, and they may be monitoring these new accounts very closely and very tightly during the holiday season. Chinese and Japanese accounts are known for phakes (not to say you're selling them) and they want to be sure you are a legit seller and can handle over seas orders.
