Post Office / Mail Depot address linking? An On-Time Delivery Score Question?
Hi,
I created a new account a few months ago, now it's finally getting the volume of sale in I had from my original account. My question is, my Seller Performance is above 99% for everything except for On-Time Delivery Score as I haven't been adding tracking for fear of Amazon linking my accounts by the same Post Code / Zip Code of the post office as my items are very specific, and I would certainly be the only person shipping these items from this post office, town etc.
Has anyone have an experience with this issue?
Due to my low On-Time Delivery Score, I can not offer the premium 2-Day shipping options which often help with the buy box.
Any advise, experience or comments would be greatly appreciated. |
