Hi

If I were to change bank account. I heard that the "company name" needs to match. But what about the actual account holder? does that have to match also?

Going to have to explain in a bit more detail here what you want to do.

Are you asking if the company name needs to match for withdrawal? I assume you are talking about using a bussiness bank account?

Which are best for mismatch name or slight miss spelling ? Can you do first last backwards stuff like that? Thanks

I am closing the existing company and is opening a new one (different name) but do not want to start a brand new amazon account

If its a UK bank account then all you need is sort code and account number. The account name does not matter in the amazon settings, it can be anything.
