How is it possible this seller is still selling
 

Okay, so I have been looking at this seller for around the past month or so and have been wondering how they're still selling.

AMAZON LINK BE CAREFUL:

Amazon.co.uk At a Glance: Dragon Claw (15-25 shipping days)

1. They're selling counterfeits
2. Shipping from China and taking weeks or month for stuff to arrive
3. Just look at the feedback and the amount of people claiming they had to put in claims to get their money back.

They're selling some of the products I sometimes sell (but counterfeit version for half the price of its worth), that's how I found them, but I find it hilarious people get kicked off eBay or Amazon super easy, but then you have a Chinese seller clearly selling counterfeit goods and providing terrible service.

Maybe no one complained about counterfeits yet or left feedback to that effect, unless Amazon sees that they will take a while to act.

Even if their stuff wasn't counterfeit, which it is, how can that account operate with less than 60% positive feedback for 3 months with over 400 feedback.

Amazon can sometimes miss sellers like this. Don't worry, he will be gone soon enough

What speeder said. Amazon usually only catches it immediately if there are comments about counterfeits from buyers. Barring that, it takes a while to get people. Remember that if it's not phakes, they usually give you time to improve your metrics.

Horrible stats indeed...it's a ticking time bomb, never can be sure when it goes down but...it is annoying that sellers like this are still operating. Oh well
