Another account suspended - couple questions
 

Hey everyone-

I help manage an Amazon account for a friend's business, and we were suspended the other day. This has happened once before, so I'm already comfortable making a stealth account.

I searched for these and only saw older threads. Has anything changed as far as...
-Getting inventory out of FBA (1000+ items)? What happens if we just 'leave' them there? Still no way around the $.50 removal fee I assume?
-Handling Amazon's claim we were selling counterfeits? We were selling various generic home decor items, and have not received a policy notification, customer complaint about authenticity, etc in over 6 months. I messaged SS to ask what the offending item is. Truth be told, I have no clue right now.

Firstly how much money are they holding for 90 days and how many units have you in FBA. Let me know and I may have a solution.

Amazon, will never respond to that counterfeit claims they didnt respond to mine since 6 months, i think the more FBA you do they dont seem to want you around as i had around 10 ASIN pages with FBA and sending around $10,000 items each week for those 6 ASINs

amazon will destroy it all after 6 months i think it is. happen to me on suspended account.

Still no way around the $.50 removal fee I assume?

if you have no money left in amazon, ask for the stuff to be removed, amazon will send it back and charge your credit card on file later time. before they do u can always cancel the card to avoid the charge.

Okay, that buys us some time.

Good call on the credit card, we may do this.

And yeah, still no reply from Amazon :/ Not a huge deal, I know counterfeit = done for good. Would just be great to avoid that item+ASIN combination in the future.
