Get the cheapest plan as you would only be using it for pages and maybe a small amount of upload.

get the plan itself from the internet provider but the dongle is cheaper on craigslist or kijiji.That way you only need a minimum internet plan for the dongle and youre good to go.

Depends on the Provider but I would recommend Verizon. You can buy a used Dongle on Ebay or Amazon and get a data plan at your local Verizon.

I got mine from Walmart and buy time online about 20 a month for virgin mobile

You can buy them used and just purchase the data SIM card to many providers
