Strange ODR Email from Amazon?
 

I recently just got an email from Amazon saying that my ODR rate had exceeded their 1% target and that this could lead to removal of selling privileged.

The weird thing is that my metrics short term are 1/735 and long term 1/922

I recently got an AZ claim so those will be 2 cases soon, but still way below the 1% mark.

Has this happened to anyone else?

That is strange.

They could trying to build up a bad / false report on your account, as all warnings are logged and saved under the seller performance notifications section.

They then have "previous" to point at, should you really ever go over their precious 1% defect rate or "violate" one of their policies in the future.

I am not saying to contact Amz or anything about this, but a false report / reputation is being created on your account it seems...

It's happened to me. I messaged seller support and they said it was an error.

Same and they said it would be wiped from my account.

I think they were updating the Metrics page yesterday so that might have had something to do with it.

Yeah everything was fine but as someone mentioned they had to put a not on my file about it.

For all of Amazon's vaunted analytics and automation, screwup's like these are common. Email Seller Support and explain the situation to them, and hopefully they will take care of it manually.
