New Stealth Accounts Keep Getting Closed
 

We had a good account for about 1.5 years selling about 50+ products a day(All custom T-shirts that we design and make) and had good feedback and account was in good standings.

In August the account was taken down for "Possibly selling counterfeits"

Got the Amazon Ghost e-book and followed everything step by step and used new UPC codes for previous products and had an account for about 3 weeks and we got the exact same email for "possibly selling counterfeits"

We then opened another one and only put up 5 items with new UPC Codes(All Brand New Products) and that one lasted only about 5 days and got the exact same email. So we feel they are connecting our accounts somehow because we were selling these shirts for over 1.5 years with no problems.

Steps we did
1. Bought New Router
2. Wiped out computer
3. Changed IP Address
4. Changed computer MAC Address
5. Got prepaid Credit Card
6. Used new person's Social Security number
7. Used new address
8. Multiple Computers(including computers we used in the past) were connecting thru this new router but never going onto Amazon.
9. Created new Gmail account and blocked images being able to be opened.
10. Created a new Photobucket account to host our images.

We really want to get back up and running ASAP because with the holidays coming up we are missing out on a ton of money. Any suggestions would be much appreciated and what we plan on doing with a new account.

1. Buying new router
2. Wiping out computer
3. Using computer in a new location and using that router ONLY for Amazon and never logging into it with a different computer.
4. Changing IP address
5. Selling new products(Custom products we create) but have never sold on Amazon but sell on ebay and etsy.


Is it also stupid to list 30-50 products on day 1 and to keep adding a bunch more weekly? I know this is a pretty long post but ANY HELP would be fantastic and greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

We are also going to be creating a brand new Stamps.com account


We are making our address different but still in the same general area. Can that be a problem?

Listing too fast is a myth imo. I listed 500+ items the first day

1. Are you changing around the wording in your titles/descriptions?
2. Did the account go into review? Did you receive your first transfer?
3. Have you ran tests on your MAC and IP to ensure they are indeed changed/spoofed?

When did the first stealth go down? right before the first transfer? Analyze the timing of the email and your activity.

1. We are trying to change the titles around but when we are selling T-shirts the titles are going to be somewhat similar. As for the description they are pretty different.
2. We never even linked a bank account and the account did not go into review. Our 1st stealth account that lasted for 3 weeks did but our newest one did not.
3. How exactly would we run tests to find out if our MAC and IP are either changed or spoofed? Would you recommend a certain program to do this with? Do we have to change our computers MAC address and the router MAC address?

See if your ip address has changed, forum members recommend using ipburger.com to see if the ip address has changed.


You basically changed the MAC address on your router. Log in to your router and change the last 2 numbers, then reset you modem and restart your router again, after doing that check ipburger.com to see if your ip address changed.

How about the SKU system? For example, i tried to change as much as possible in my upload excels including the SKU system i used.

3 weeks is a bizarre time to get linked.

Lets analyze your activity. What were you doing exactly prior to the 3 week email? Think about account management, computer usage, email usage etc

Also if they were linking the accounts from our original one would we get a message that says our accounts are linked or could they just send the same email about selling possible copyright material

That might be your problem. That persons name (that is now the stealth) has logged in a banned IP before (your old account)

Well your plan looks good! yes, go slow with putting up products and sell other items, but put them at a high price so nobody buys it, that will help too...I sold creams, which needed prescription, I was finally banned after 2 years, I had many accts, but to get to the point I had 150 items on sale, but what was really giving me profit were 4 products, the rest was at high price and just to not get linked from my previous accts it worked for me... the best...

Sounds really bad. This vague message about the counterfeit thing is becoming more and more common and looks at this stage impossible to beat.

It sounds like a sc*mbag competitor doing this. It might not be a problem with your methods or your products, as you said you had been doing this for a long period of time before.

Does anyone else sell the same products as yours?

Similarties are a big issues with amazon. General area is not recommended.


same product different UPC is not good.

Why did you go whole hog and supply an SSN?

Was your new lot of IPs very different from those on other accounts?

Do you recommend using an entire different state if you are selling same product on same listing as a suspended account or does it just need to be 100 miles away? Do you still recommend the 10 to 1 ratio for listing same product

2. Do you recommend selling as a professional or as personal. We have used professional in the past and was wondering if that is possibly the reason why we are getting flagged and closed.

I also sold t-shirts and had my account suspended this week for the same reason. Do you know if Amazon check UPC codes? You got to make some appeal?
