Seller Performance Team Location
 

Does anyone know where the Seller Performance Team is located?

Is it just one location in USA and they deal with all the accounts worldwide or is it country by country located?

(I am inclined to go with the one location theory, as the messages they send out tend to be generic for all English speaking countries)

I would say UK is run by the Ireland office. If you get MC999 though you do ring the Phillipines but Seller Vetting and Trust & Safety is Ireland

Always been interested, because a lot of the time the messages I get from them are also at non-office hours, like 2, 3, 4 am. Suggesting that either the messages are coming from overseas or that it is the night shift...

From the broken English that has been coming from them lately, I'm thinking over seas.

some of the call centers are in Philippines but then when you send a usual help type question they have indian names at the bottom above the account specialist and I know for sure they have an outsourced unit in India.So those 2 countries for sure other than their Us office.
