Falsifications??? and proofs?
 

I had my account suspended in Amazon because they claim my products seem to be selling falsifications. I haven't any negative feedback and without any proof thats products are falsifications they suspended my account. The only reason they can claim is that my price is lower than average, this can be the reason?

and what are you actually selling, selling lower than cost generally perceives that you are selling counterfeit.

I was selling football shirts. The price is $50 + shipping cost. In my opinion, they think are falsifications just for the price, no other reason.

Your language is a bit confusing.

But the bottom line is that your items are NOT the real thing, they are unauthorized copies. We call those counterfeits. It is illegal to sell these. Amazon does not allow the sale of counterfeit items.

It makes no difference what your pricing is. If you sell them for $10 or $100, they are still illegal.

Your argument seems to be that they should not be able to stop you without absolute proof. But they do not NEED absolute proof. Suspicion is enough. Amazon is a retailer, so they KNOW what the real pricing is on these items. When a small seller comes in and can sell in large quantities at prices that Amazon could not match, they can only assume the items are either counterfeit or stolen.

You should find something else to sell. You cannot build a long-term business on counterfeits. You will lose account after account and may eventually be arrested. It just isn't worth it.

OP blatantly admitted they source them from some unauthorized hobo in HK and is here crying that AZ won't let him operate his ill.egal business and steal from innocent customers.

My problem is just: my products are not f a k e and had my
account suspended. Came herre seeking help which is the main objective of this forum or not? You do a pre trial without knowing what to say, gang of frustrated. If they had not done anything wrong would not be here.

If not authorised by the rights holder then they are counterfeit/⊗⊗⊗⊗. If you don't not understand here goes, HK supplier gets profit, you get profit , but if the football shirt is Man Utd they get nothing from there trademark.

Football jerseys are a brand.

Brand is owned by some company.

That company wants its share of profits if its items are sold. They want only REAL jerseys sold. Not some third party selling copies to others.

When you buy like that you just selling phakes.

These shirts are phake and Amazon suspended you. You don't need or tell us whether they are or not. If they are from hk they are replicas and I'm sure you know this. Good to see Amazon getting something's right.

To the OP, nobody here cares what you are selling. If you want to sell phakes, that is up to you. But if that is your chosen business, it brings troubles with it. Like closed accounts.

There is no such thing as a legitimate source of $20 Jerseys from Hong Kong. If your supplier has told you they are the real thing, they are lying to you. They might be high quality phakes, but they are STILL phakes.

Real, authorized NFL, MLB, NBA jerseys don't wholesale at a fraction of the market price. They just don't. That is simply reality. Amazon is looking at you the same way that the people here are. You can claim they are authentic all day long, but your pricing tells us otherwise. So does the fact that they are coming from China.
