4 Rating. Keep or request removal?
 
Sometimes I will have customers leave a 4 rating "product review" on my seller feedback.

Is it better to keep the 4 rating metric wise, or have it removed because it violates AZ terms being a product review?

Leave it, if you have it removed they could give you negative later down the road. Do the same for nuetral

I wouldn't mess with it. You don't want to draw any unnecessary attention to your account. 4 stars won't hurt you. 1 and 2 stars will. So will accusations of selling counterfeits, having shoddy quality products, being rude or refusing to work with a buyer to resolve a problem. 4 stars does not indicate a bad seller. Not even 3 stars does that.

Yes, I wouldn't change it either. 4 out of 5 rating is still green and is a decent feedback.

you are asking for trouble OP. leave good alone before you go piss off customers and they leave u 1/2/3 star rating that you have to worry about
