Pro account triggers tax info requirement?
 

Over the 10 or so stealth accounts that I have had I only use FBA and after opening an account I send 250 plus items to FBA. I always upgrade to a pro account before sending in FBA inventory. On my newest stealth account I shipped in 500 items and have already got about 100 sales, (about $1000) and have entered bank info and am waiting deposit. I have not upgraded to pro yet and they have not asked for tax info. Every other FBA account was asked for tax info soon after I got the first sale. I'm wondering if this is because I have not upgraded to pro yet? I want to make sure this account will stick before giving them my LLC info. Is it typical that they do not ask for tax info on an individual account until you reach the $20,000 threshold?

They usually ask when you hit 50 sales, that's when I,needed to provide tax information for an individual seller account.

It may be coming soon, could be just a delay in the system

Still hasn't. I was hoping it would be like Ebay. Does Ebay still not ask till you hit $20,000?

I always get asked if I hit 145 items and 4500 in sales with eBay and I got my first request on one account this year and it was at 150/$3600
