I am not even sure it's necessary to pay for a registered agent. Being the registered agent of your own company should be quite safe, as long as you don't use your old (banned) address. You can change that address to anything you like, I usually put the Business address/Mailing address of the entity. So when you look through the corporate paperwork, you will ONLY find one address, the corporate address.

You can try doing a simple search through corporations (publicly available information for every state online) and pull the registered agent name for any of them, and try to figure out who they are, given that the address provided is not their personal address. There is no way you can figure out with 100% accuracy who someone is by their First name, Last name, and city. Any searches you do anywhere will return too many results to be sure of the exact identity of that person. This is why Amazon doesn't link accounts based on that. If the information was a SS, EIN, etc you can actually pull the exact person, this is why they do use that information to link accounts.

I decided to open an LLC in Nevada just to be anonymous . I hope it was the right decision . Now I have a new computer , a new llc , new internet account , new router . The only thing is the mobile device . I was thinking of doing voice over Internet with Google voice directed to my cell . Would that be ok or any other suggestion ? Thanks

I have used Google Voice successfully on many accounts, completely safe to use. I just setup a new account using a free number assigned by an app called "Text Free" and it worked as well. Only issue I had during sign up was that somehow it didn't receive the text message with the sign up code from Amazon, so I had to chose the option "Phone Call" for sign up, and it worked as a charm. Received a call on the app from AMZ, I had to enter the sign up code and voila, done deal, stealth is up and running. Only thing to keep in mind if using Text Free is that the number expires if not used for 3-4 weeks. ( I think 30 days?) So make sure you send a message to yourself from it every now and then, not to loose that number.
