I am not even sure it's necessary to pay for a registered agent. Being the registered agent of your own company should be quite safe, as long as you don't use your old (banned) address. You can change that address to anything you like, I usually put the Business address/Mailing address of the entity. So when you look through the corporate paperwork, you will ONLY find one address, the corporate address.
You can try doing a simple search through corporations (publicly available information for every state online) and pull the registered agent name for any of them, and try to figure out who they are, given that the address provided is not their personal address. There is no way you can figure out with 100% accuracy who someone is by their First name, Last name, and city. Any searches you do anywhere will return too many results to be sure of the exact identity of that person. This is why Amazon doesn't link accounts based on that. If the information was a SS, EIN, etc you can actually pull the exact person, this is why they do use that information to link accounts.
