Downgrading from Pro to Individual: Tax question

Let's say i have a pro account on a new stealth and i don't have the EIN after the 30 days (the warning they give you), if i downgrade to individual will i be able to continue selling until the selling threshold without tax info is met?

They changed around the rules recently. Now you must submit tax info immediately when REGISTERING a Pro account or UPGRADING from a individual seller account. It didn't used to be so. I think Amazon changed their definitions....pro used to just mean you could create listings and some fees were waived. Now they want Pro accounts to be actual businesses.

You used to be able to drag out tax info submission for months on a new account with low sales volume, but it's quite possible this is not true anymore.
