Appealing for funds

Hey guys,

As we know, amazon is tighter than a frogs ass right now and i just lost another account for the possibility of selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗. In the appeal section, there is an option to appeal for the funds rather than the account. Has anyone tried this with success? The account that went down has ~2k in there and id rather not wait 90 days.

I also have another stealth that is about 2.5 weeks old with ~9k in there. I made the account inactive with the vacation settings since the deposit date is a few days away and i don't want to risk anything. Seems like the smallest complaint and you can be taken down right now.

Both accounts have perfect metrics and feedback.

Thanks!

It does not matter if you put it on vacation hold. As soon as you put a bank account # on the non-banned account, they are going to ban that account or they will ban it 1 day before the disbursement date. I never tried to get the funds any earlier.

C'mon mad555, please don't spread out incorrect information.

Seems risky to ask for your money earlier, it's putting another eye on your account for possible deletion

Re: Appealing for funds

You guys are mis understanding what i'm saying.

So for the two accounts,

Account A has been suspended for the possibility of selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗. It has been placed on a 90 day hold. When you go to the appeal page, you have two options to either appeal your suspension OR appeal the hold on your funds. I'm simply asking if anyone has gone the latter and tried an appeal for the funds.

Account B was not suspended, but i had placed it on vacation settings so that it doesn't get suspended for some bull**** reason with that much funds in it and the fact that its suppose to initiate a transfer tomorrow.

You won't get the funds earlier, the time is 90 days past your next disbursement date, so if unlucky could be 104 days.
The address payments@......is I guess is there to request your payment after 90 days if the funds are not released.

Re: Appealing for funds

My thoughts are not to have any contact with Amazon when possible, suck it up and wait 90 days. I always fear contacting them and another eye looks at the account and decides to delete it, just my take.

Re: Appealing for funds

I would wait it out. You have already gotten lucky in that your account was not DELETED. If that were to happen, you would simply not be able to log in and your money would be GONE FOREVER. Trying to appeal may backfire and get the account deleted. The fact is, Amazon considers counterfeiting a severe violation and it is in their TOS that if they catch you, they can keep your money. It sounds like whoever reviewed the account was unsure if you were or were not actually selling counterfeits. The next person to scrutinize it may feel more certain that you were doing so.

I think you were right to not rock the boat on the $9k account. While it IS possible that the account could be put into review and the funds held, it is not a certainty by any means. So, keep your fingers crossed and pray.

I would advise that you not let so much money accumulate in any one account. Whatever you are selling is setting off alarm bells at Amazon and whether or not your items are legitimate is not the issue. The fact is, if Amazon even SUSPECTS you are selling counterfeits, you account will be toast.

OP, you have too much money in there to risk a deletion - play it safe, I would listen to other posts with experience here

You better hope the money actually makes it. I had one account that I got this email on. 8 hours later I got a suspension email..Guess what? The ACH never came through and my money was held for 90 days.

Wait a month then appeal funds. Personally i haven't tried it but the last time i was suspended like 3 years ago i got my funds after about 45 days instead of 90. I didn't email amazon or anything but i also never received any negatives or complaints about anything.
