Good Afternoon,


Now that it is Monday, I can apply for my EIN number for my Amazon account. When I am opening a LLC do I need to use a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address also? or can I use an address that I have used before? I want to make sure I am able to take care of all the taxes come the end of the year correct? Or because I am running on a stealth name, this really is no concern?

Also when opening an LLC which LLC I believe when you go to enter a LLC with Amazon they Ask for either a S or C corp.

The address you give to Amazon is not important. Just have the correct address with the IRS. C corp or S corp depends on how you setup your LLC. They only check EIN and company name for match so no worries if you pick the wrong one. Also, it takes awhile to get in their system, so Amazon will give you 30 days. Just wait till after 25 days and re submit
