Amazon review repeated messages
 

Why do i keep receiving messages from Amazon every other week saying we are conducting a review of your account. Normally you get one notification, this is a new stealth account btw. Today i have received another message saying we are conducting a review of the account but the top header says amazon has removed your selling privileges. However their is no email or notification of this just says account under review.

Can't sell any items but account is definitely not suspended yet.

Notification says under review.

- How long you've been in business
- The sources of your inventory
- Anticipated monthly sales on Amazon
- The availability of items for dispatching
- The address of any retail locations
- Links to other websites where you are actively selling
- Dun and Bradstreet (D-U-N-S) Number
- Tracking information for recently dispatched orders

I have. Now they requesting for me to send messages to my buyers to get feedback which I have done again.

£5,000 of my hard earned cash on hold too. Damn!

My account is going through the same exact thing right now. I supplied all the info and have gotten lots of positive feedback. Now it's a waiting game. Says review can last 30 days and i am pretty sure it will stay in review until after Christmas. Sucks we are missing holiday sales, but its okay as long as my account stays active once the review is completed.

That's rough but it's Amazon - write a nice letter that addresses their questions. Best of luck

Good news i have passed the review in less than 3 weeks and the hold on the funds has been remmoved. I just replied poleitely and professionally to their emails and stated how excited i was to sell on their marketplace etc. Guess doesn't hurt to try.

Was quite brief tbf. Initially i received further messages saying account is under review when I was already notified this. Then the most recent one said account suspended at top of banner but message said under review. I emailed them saying why is this (pretending to be dumb as I know well why as its stealth) and asked for details how long you've been in business, where else do you sell D&B no etc. Replied with relevant info.

Then got another email saying thanks for reply please send reminder for buyers to leave feedback. So I just said I have already done this and 2 buyers from 18 orders left feedback, account is 100% excellent standing and I am very excited to sell on your marketplace get far more orders than EBay and I can understand your review process hope this gets resolved very soon. Thank you again for your continued cooperation.

I honestly think emailing them does make a difference for me anyway. As long as you are not selling vero and they can't link you they are happy for new sellers to sell. Think about all the seller fees they rake in.

Yep its all about low risk items and having excellent communication skills :P
