Luck with getting feedback removed
Up until this week I have had no negative feedback. In the last 30 days, I have had 8 negative feedbacks. All the orders are around the same 1-2 days and it is all the same issue, items arrived broken. I immediately agree to send a replacement as soon as the customer contacts us. I assume that USPS or someone along the line on these particular days handled the packages very rough, or with the holiday volume they were handled roughly.
I usually have amazing success emailing the buyer and getting them to revise or remove the feedback.
It seems that this year people are not in the holiday spirit and are taking a hostile approach.
Any way to email/call amazon and get them to remove the feedback? Have people had luck with this? With ebay we get them to remove the bad feedback 99% of the time as the buyers are usually unreasonable or are trying to harm our selling account...
