Re: Feedback removed
Well, I am not going to deny it was partialy my fault.
First I somehow missed and didnt ship his order than once I did, the item was lost by Royal Mail (sign for).
Of course, i kept buyer informed all the time.
He than left me a negative feedback calling me a scam artist.
So I refunded the buyer and gave him £15 on top of it and he agreed to change the feedback once money hit his account.
But he turned up to be a ****head and didnt change it.
So I wrote an email to Amazon saying pretty much what I wrote here.
After an hour they replied that feedback is violating their policy and removed it.
