stealth account question
 

So I got my account banned my question is i used to access my amazon on my cell phone one of many ways at my friends house every now and then...... if I create a stealth account in my friends name with all there information and only access it on there computer not my phone anymore will it be safe or is it a dirty ip address since I accessed it on my phone with WiFi several times?

Using someone else's information for your benefit I would not suggest doing. Could get you in a lot of trouble.

It depends if the IP address of your friends house changes or not. Reset the router if it changes your ok if not it's risky.

The new computer should be fine as long as you change all the details from before. All similar details are stored on Amazon's database

MAC address can be problematic on Amazon. Amazon Ghost is recommended.

same MAC address is not a issue now a days

Careful vogeltron - barrycruan and others have spoken of MAC not playing a part

Their is no way for Amazon to trace a MAC address. They can just see the first line of connection on their website ie the IP address

Do you think they will know even if I only accessed amazon from my phone never there home computer

As stated before if you use your friends computer and this is a new device which you have never logged in from before then its good to use.

Good info. I haven't purchased Amazon Ghost yet. I did have a friend who read it over and was telling me about it. He said the guide mentioned MAC address being a problem. I will have to do my research but that is very good news if it doesn't.

You will have to change your IP address though. Make sure your IP address changes otherwise it is pointless as Amazon trace this. What you could do if it does not is ring your Internet provider and get them to send a new router out. This almost certainly does the trick
