Did you know that?
Do lots of reading. Then before you make the account, write a plan out.
We can help you tweak anything. |

| ovidiu | 12-25-2014 07:03 PM | Re: Already have EIN LLC Most importantly, it needs to be the right kind of LLC to pass Amazon interview. It's been two years since I've done it, but I think a single member LLC can't pass the interview since they demand the name of the owner. So you need a regular LLC like any business that might have a couple officers. That way, they don't ask for your name, just the business info. |

Can someone give an advice about this please | all LLC are fine.
EIN from a sole proprietor can be an issue. |

Thank you |

JUST BUSINESS. |
| Vachagan | 12-27-2014 03:05 PM | Re: Already have EIN LLC I have several accounts, all PRO accounts and all are LLC-s. I am a single owner and Amazon doesn/t ask anything about it. They just need different EIN-s. Second issue, all must have different addresses, better different zip-codes. I use defferent laptops for each account, different modems. Sell different products on accounts, never use same photos. Use different style of product description. Amazon BOTs are very sophisticated and can catch or red-flag you.
That's all I can recommend. |

That's all I can recommend. | I'm gonna be selling similar product I'm gonna be using VMware (diferent windows 8 for each account) and changing Ip every time I log in in there and keep its logs.Is this gonna keep me safe ? |
| ovidiu | 12-27-2014 07:48 PM | Re: Already have EIN LLC Depends on how careful you are, and what your comfort level is. Vachagan has decided to play it nice & safe, and there is a certain level of comfort that goes with it. If you find yourself messing up IP address logs and performing certain other snafu's, look into his solutions. Some people here are comfortable running a dozen different giant Amazon businesses (looking at you, yankee!), and others are happy with 2 small stealth accounts to burn off inventory that won't move on eBay.
I, personally, plan to have 4-5 different UPS Store boxes, each one with its own LLC registered and a Amazon & eBay/PP combo registered to each. As well as a few backup accounts aging in the background. |

| alekov | 01-10-2015 10:32 PM | Re: Already have EIN LLC Hm, this is confusing. So if I have a suspended account with my personal name and SS, would it work if I opened a stealth using my same name, but with sole proprietor EIN put into the SS field, and different city address, bank, cc, phone, IP, etc? Would that setup work for a PRO account or not?
The other option is to open another LLC, and use that with the LLC EIN, however, I thought Amazon requires a person's name and SS anyway? Plus then I need to open a new business account, etc.. | | All times are GMT -5. The time now is 08:55 PM. | |
