Using ghost account to leave prodcut review?
 

Before I purchase Amazon ghost I have an issue which I am not sure
how to handle. I am selling on amazon for one year now (with my real
info etc), and love the way some products are selling so much better
than they are on ebay.

I noticed product reviews have huge impact on sales.
For example, one product that I sell got 2 stars review in the first
month I listed it and I made about 8 sales since then, while
the same product, in 5 different colors, each received 5 stars
review at some point and I sold about 70 pcs of each color. I
now have the same issue with another product that was selling
great and got a dumb 1 star review. My question is besides having
friends leaving a 5 star review, if I start several ghost accounts,
could I use them to leave reviews on my main account product,
or would that be too risky?

Yep better to do it the right way the slow way in the long run amazon is good at getting you Beyond that buy the amazon book for lots of great insite

Yeah, I prefer not to risk anything but the thing is that now with this one star I am afraid I won't sell any or very few of this item, which i have few hundreds of in stock, and ordered more of. I thought of giving it a little help with maybe one 5 stars feedback to make it an average of 3 stars :-). If more users here think it is a bad idea I will definitely avoid it.

I'll be honest. Amazon doesn't police this very closely. I have seen books where one of the authors openly left 5-star feedback on their own book. And Amazon did not take it down. As long as you create new accounts and follow stealth principles, you'll be fine. You could even make a few purchases with gift cards to leave "amazon verified purchase" reviews, which are highlighted by Amazon.

It worth its weight in gold.
A thought sell them cheaper than normal to sell a few faster ship fast be as nice as you can wont be hard to get them stars better to be able to sell even if slow then not be able to sell at all :brushteeth:

i've given some "ghost feedbacks" and a few times i've been linked...so i would not recommend doing it

The best way is to network with your friends and family. Have them leave a review you probably only need 5 reviews to get the ball rolling. Im sure you will find someone to help you out.

Is it not possible to set up multiple 'buyer' accounts to leave reviews on your own products. Thats the main reason I purchased the book. I don't see many people discussing that here.
