What happens to FBA stock once I get suspended?
I have a stealth account and sold large quantities of 2 items via FBA. They requested invoices and receipts for all my items after I sold a few random items which I fulfilled myself. I received the disbursements for these items, and had one complaint for an item I fulfilled myself which wasn't working. I refunded and everything was cool. Amazon then suspended my account about a month ago, but as it was stealth I didn't really mind. There was a couple of hundred pounds in there and Amazon continued to fulfil orders. They requested invoices which I sent them, but after reviewing them they said they WOULD NOT be reinstating my account. I found this weird as the invoices were legit and from a legit high street retailer. Then about 2 weeks ago I received 2 adjustment emails for refunds given to customers who purchased a product that was FBA. Now I cannot access my account and I know what this means. They have closed my account and will keep my money. And my goods I am assuming. Which is completely unfair. I wasn't selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗, I provided legit invoices and still had money remaining in my account. Plus I still have stock being held at their warehouses. I have sent them two emails, but has anyone:
a) had any luck receiving a disbursement once they close your account and 90 days has elapsed?
b)received any of the goods held by Amazon after their account was closed?
