Do I have no other choice but to make an LLC to start up again with Amazon?

LLC, corp, partnership, etc...

Or sell less than 50 items per account.

You can make a stealth account without an LLC, but if you plan on going beyond the 200/20k limits, then you should get an LLC

Amazon usually asks for it at 50 items or so.
