This is disinformation, I had many accounts like this suspended and was able to make a removal order right after suspension and get everything back, and get paid in 90 days

I believe that the FBA operating agreement is that bc the seller legally owns the inventory, Amazon is legally obligated to return it. They cannot keep it regardless of the reason.
