Question Any sure why to speak with a U.S. Amazon rep?

These outsourced Amazon reps will be the death of me.
Best way to call one based in the U.S.?

Just curious, is this a stealth account? I'm always apprehensive speaking with them in person when on stealth. It's probably silly, but I just hate not being honest on the phone and always afraid they will ask me something regarding the account that will give up the stealth... lol. I have heard that using an account rep can solve a lot of your issues though, and a lot more successful than using emails. I have a friend who simply calls again and again speaking with different reps, sometimes 7-8 times before he gets the right rep that would do what he is asking them to do. He swears by his method.

Update:
The best way is to ask to be escalated to a member of the leadership team and set a callback time between 9 and 5 PST.
