Do not purchase something and then ask me questions that are already answered on the detail page, and then want to cancel the order.
Dear Amazon customer,
Do not purchase something and select economy shipping and then ask me to ship it the same day so it will be there in two days. You had the option to pay for 2 day shipping at checkout!
Sorry I had to vent |

I never lose my cool with buyers these days, works out much better...
Even had one buyer calling me multiple abusive words. Reported it to Amz, but they did nothing. If I said those words to my buyers, Amz would ban me. |

| brownsauce215 | 01-18-2015 07:07 AM | Re: Dear Amazon customer Omg these type of EFFIN customers. Send the package the rate at which they choose. If they bitch, report them to Amazon. If they leave negs, Amazon will almost always remove them. Happens to be plenty of time. No need to give into their lame game. |

| n8zzz | 01-18-2015 02:37 PM | Re: Dear Amazon customer Unfortunately, customers have been trained this way by a faulty system, which has become the new norm. Amazon is highly to blame for this; they have taught customers that: being bitchy = getting their way, expectancy for lightning fast shipping and processing, and extremely easy returns without much of a filtering process. Simply, they have the means to do so and this tactic is meant to solidify a reputation to make them a more lucrative buying spot over the competition. Eventually this expectation begins to spill over onto other businesses and 3rd party sellers.. "I can't believe this server fcuked up my order. Amazon would have got it right.. AND they would have given me the whole meal for free at the same time!" This is what happens when people aren't told "no". |
