I have just opened an LLC in Nevada . I will work in NY as s foreign entity .
 

I am very afraid of making mistakes at this point . I have just opened an LLC in Nevada and I work in NY . Do I have to publish articles since I will be a foreign entity ? Also when I register with Amazon again , I have heard they ask for the supplier 's invoice . If I alter this invoice what should I use ? I cannot use my former company name and address since I have been banned . I have bought a new computer that I have not used yet, plan to buy a router . I will Close my time warner's account , reopen , get a new cable box . In short I want to start brand new . I will use a po box suite in NY.
I have opened a bank account in Nevada with Wells Fargo too . I am afraid to use the smart phone used for the banned account to check sales when I am on the go . I travel a lot . Can anyone reassure me . I want to do the right things but I wonder if registering the new account on Amazon with a Nevada corporation doing business in NY would raise flags . I hope some one can help .

You need to seek tax advice form a professional. I will tell you that I have a business in Delaware but am a foreign entity in another state that has state income tax and my tax professional says that I have to pay state income tax.
