amazon suspended my account in uk

hi everyone, i was suspended from ebay and Amazon nearly 2 month ago,
my question is any possible option to open new account in UK again the problem is i cant not change my name and date of birth but can change my address? my second question do i need to open new account or just need to change bank address only, not need to change my bank account or also i need to open new bank account with different adress????
