help with amazon auto feedback removal
 

Lately on amazon i have had 5 recent negative feedbacks due to an issue with my dropshipper and delays and i am scared my account will get suspended...i cannot afford to lose it right now because this is my livelihood. I have read some threads where you can send in feedback complaints multiple times till you get a good rep, i have been doing that in the past and it worked but as of the past few months i have tried and i seem to get a jerk and fear my account may get flagged. I know there is a formula to get feedback removed automatically without it having to reach a rep, i will appreciate if anyone can help me with this info, ..two negative feesbacks were left this evening and by the time my metrics update, i dont know my fate and i have a good amount waiting till next payout...pls help

its a hit or miss really. don't rely on it for removal. take care of your issues so you don't get any in the first place.

You need to sell small inexpensive items that sell in high quantity that are not likely to get complaints. Something like a power cord etc.. You need to be willing to sell these at cost or slightly below cost. This will drive up your number of orders and drive down your ODR rate and help offset any negative feedback

Alos, if you are dropshipping you should only offer economy shipping to give it more time to get to your customer

Thanks a lot. I did another thread as it doesnt seem like everyone has access to subsciber area so i assumed i might get more responses here...and kelly441, i will start that today, amazon customers are horrible for not leaving good feedback when it warrants

Amazon is notorious for having good feedback levels, buyer have to wait something like 2 weeks before they can even leave any! Which explains a lot about attitudes to leaving any! It is good to get feedback on any Internet auction site, but everyone knows how much more difficult it is to get on Amazon.

They can leave feedback any time after purchase :thumb:
