cancellations on az
can someone explain the seller duties re cancellations.
for before product despatch, I usually catch these.
but the cancellations a couple of days after despatch, the buyer has to return at their own cost - right?
got an az claim, not sure how to handle it, buyer has clearly put ordered in error on messages, but on az claim they put ordered in erro plus faulty. Did not mention faulty before.
az advice on phone was useless, they said I should have asked buyer 'to refuse the package' !!!!!!!!!
