Selling amazon without tracking.

1) If i sell items internationally will it be possible to increase my defect rate?

2) I sell items without a tracking number. If buyer complained me or open A-Z Claim and i refund the buyer. Then is it calculate as my defect?

With tracking information sales goes down because i sell low valued items.
How you people manage it?

Thank you

1.) Only if the buyer reports a defect.

2) Yes if the buyer opens an a-z claim they'll most likely win every time, you're setting yourself up for a ton of scams.

Even if you refund the buyer, or win the a-z claim, (which is highly unlikely) the claim still stays marked on your account permanently.

3) I rather risk sales going down than accumulating tons of a-z claims IMO

Unless you have long standing accounts that are well established with good feedback it would not be wise to sell internationaly, I am pretty sure as a new seller it cannot be done for the first 3 months at least anyway, you need to stay with UK sales and build up good solid accounts, and definately more than one as well, so if any one dies go down you have others you have been selling on that can take over quite smoothly.

You don't need to upload tracking, but if Amazon asks for proof of delivery and stuff, you better have a way for them to find out you're actually delivering the prouducts.

A good rule of thumb is any item over $100 gets signed for.

@OP, welcome to the forums. A lot depends on what you are selling - don't expose yourself internationally unless you are 100% ready - buyers will eat you alive

You need to use tracking on Amazon. Shipping without tracking will bring down your account stats and eventually cause suspension.
